J oseph Eulo is an independent storyteller and freelance filmmaker living Brooklyn and working in the Greater New York City Area
He is the founder and CEO of First Frame Films, a full-service production company based in Brooklyn New York. First Frame Films is made up of a diverse group of artists, actors, and filmmakers who share a passion for creating meaningful work that moves, entertains and informs audiences.
Joseph has earned an Associates of Arts degree in Psychology from Union County College in Cranford New Jersey in 2010, a film production certificate from The New School, School of Media Studies in 2012, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Film Production from The New School for Public Engagement in 2013, and a Master of Arts degree in Media Studies from the New School, School of Media Studies in 2017.
Joseph is an experienced producer, director, cinematographer, sound mixer, and editor with over ninety-five narrative, documentary, music video, and commercial projects completed. He enjoys collaborating with others who share his interest in creating meaningful work.
Joseph shares his understanding of the craft of filmmaking with aspiring artists on and off set by mentoring individuals one-on-one, sharing his knowledge in hands-on workshops in New York, New Jersey, Las Vegas and Philadelphia. Joseph serves as an Adjunct professor teaching film/video/media production to undergraduates at New Jersey City University in Jersey City, New Jersey where he is also working on a Masters of Fine Arts degree in media production and transmedia storytelling.
Currently, Joseph is developing an original romantic comedy series called “The Romantics,” which centers around the dating exploits of a group of friends living in Brooklyn.

He is also producing and directing the first season of “THE END GAME” an original American crime drama series centered around a sex trafficking survivor turned Federal Agent, assigned to an anti-sex-trafficking task force, searching for vengeance and her long lost sister enslaved to a sex trafficking ring operating in New York City.
Joseph excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills combined with his experience in raising production value while reducing production cost is a benefit to any project he works on. He is great with people and can recruit, motivate, serve, and collaborate with others in a team environment.
